Buying at DEANITA is very simple, you just have to select the dish you want and add it to the basket. You can click as many times in the basket as you want, or you can simply select the units later in the purchase process.
Once you have selected the products you would like, proceed to the shopping cart to continue the process.
To make the purchase you must be registered. You can do so from the top menu or in the purchase process. On your user page you can update your personal data, and update your delivery and billing addresses. (If you are a shop and want to sell our products, please see the next section)
If you are a shop and want to sell our products, you just have to register on our website as a store. Once the registration is complete, you must wait to be approved.
Whether you are a private individual or a shop, you should bear in mind that the minimum order quantity for dishes packaged in glass jars (legumes and creams) is 3 units. You can combine these products as you wish. You will be reminded of this when making a process.
Once the payment of the order has been made, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
DEANITA sends orders anywhere in the Peninsula. If you want to receive our products in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact us at the email address: email@example.com.
We will send your order through a transport agency and the delivery time will be 24/72 working hours, at the address chosen during the purchase process.
If you are not at the address indicated on the day of delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone or leave a note notifying you of their visit. If the carrier does not reach anyone on the second attempt, he will leave the package at his nearest depot, where you will be able to collect it.
You can buy at DEANITA through two payment methods, by PayPal or by credit card. The card purchase process is 100% secure through a bank gateway, and if there is any problem caused by an inappropriate disconnection from your terminal, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of the payment. If you prefer PayPal, the process is very simple and safe, simply using your PayPal account.
DEANITA only accepts returns in case the product is not in good condition.
Check the product at the time of delivery and if you notice any damage, report it to the carrier and send an email to email@example.com. We will proceed in replacing the product, without any cost to you.
